Apartments may be available for rent as Furnished or Unfurnished. Furnished apartments are those, in which furniture is provided and in unfurnished ones, tenants bring their own furniture.

Condo or Condominiums: Condo or Condominiums offer home ownership type of amenities, but the maintenance is normally managed by “association”. The “association” also controls, keep maintained and repair the common areas/facilities, such as heating system, elevators, hallways, outer areas. There may be on-site superintendent available to manage all the maintaince on the common areas/facilities.

Townhouse: Townhouses are houses in a row, which are built single story or multi storied. They are normally attached to other houses, with common sharing walls may be on one side or on both the sides. The townhouses comes with less green area. The advantage of townhouse is less maintenance area, high security, less taxes as compared to semi or detach houses.
